WARRANTY
Checkolite International, a New Jersey Corporation, having its principal place of business at 142 Charles St. ("Manufacturer") warrants its products (the "Products") as follows:
1. Limited Warranty.
Manufacturer warrants that the Products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the Products do not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period (as herein above specified), Buyer shall notify Manufacturer in writing of the claimed defects and demonstrate to Manufacturer satisfaction that said defects are covered by this Limited Warranty. If the defects are properly reported to Manufacturer within the warranty period, and the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Manufacturer shall, at its own expense, furnish, replacement Products or, at Manufacturer's option, replacement parts for the defective Products. Shipping and installation of the replacement Products or replacement parts shall be at Buyer's expense.
2. Other Limits.
THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Manufacturer does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use of handling of the Products; against defects or damages arising from improper installation (where installation is by persons other than Manufacturer), against defects in products or components not manufactured by Manufacturer, or against damages resulting from such non-Manufacturer made products or components. Manufacturer passes on to Buyer the warranty it received (if any) from the maker thereof of such non-Manufacturer made products or components. This warranty also does not apply to Products upon which repairs have been affected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by Manufacturer.
3. Exclusive Obligation.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of Manufacturer shall be to repair or replace the defective Products in the manner and for the period provided above. Manufacturer shall not have any other obligation with respect to the Products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, and strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Manufacturer be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
4. Other Statements.
Manufacturer's employees or representatives' ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
5. Entire Obligation.
This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Manufacturer with respect to the Products. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Checkolite internacional, una corporación de Jersey nueva, teniendo su lugar del negocio principal en St. de 142 Charles (Manufacturer.) autoriza sus productos de la iluminación de Stanley (los Products.) como sigue:
1. Garantía Limitada.
Las autorizaciones del fabricante que los productos vendieron abajo estarán libres de defectos en material y la ejecución por un período de un (1) año a partir de la fecha de la compra. Si los productos no se conforman con esta garantía limitada durante el período de la garantía (como adjunto sobre especificado), el comprador notificará el fabricante en la escritura de los defectos demandados y demostrará a la satisfacción del fabricante que los defectos dichos son cubiertos por esta garantía limitada. Si los defectos se divulgan correctamente al fabricante dentro del período de la garantía, y los defectos están de tal tipo y la naturaleza en cuanto a sea cubierta por esta garantía, el fabricante, en su propio costo, equipará, los productos de reemplazo o, en la opción de Manufacturer.s, piezas de recambio para los productos defectuosos. El envío y la instalación de los productos de reemplazo o de las piezas de recambio estarán en el costo de Buyer.s.
2. Otros Límites.
El PRECEDENTE ESTÁ EN LUGAR DE EL RESTO De las GARANTÍAS, EXPRESO O IMPLICADO, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADO A las GARANTÍAS IMPLICADAS Del MERCHANTABILITY Y De la APTITUD PARA Un PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR. El fabricante no autoriza contra los daños o los defectos resultantes del uso incorrecto o anormal de la dirección de los productos; contra los defectos o los daños que se presentaban de la instalación incorrecta (donde está la instalación por las personas con excepción de fabricante), contra defectos en los productos o los componentes no fabricados por Manufacturer, o contra resultingfrom de los daños tal no-Fabricante hizo productos o componentes. El fabricante pasa encendido al comprador la garantía que recibió (si cualquiera) del fabricante de eso de tal no-Fabricante hecho los productos o los componentes. Esta garantía también no se aplica a los productos sobre los cuales las reparaciones han sido afectadas o procuradas por las personas con excepción conforme a la autorización escrita de Manufacturer.

4. Otras Declaraciones.
Empleados o representantes de Manufacturer.s. DECLARACIONES ORALES O LAS OTRAS ESCRITAS NO CONSTITUYEN GARANTÍAS, no serán confiadas sobre por Buyer, y no son una parte del contrato para la venta o esta garantía limitada.
5. Obligación Entera.
Esta garantía limitada indica la obligación entera del fabricante con respecto a los productos. Si cualquier parte de esta garantía limitada se determina para ser vacía o ilegal, seguirá habiendo el resto en fuerza y efecto completos.

L'expédition et l'installation des produits de rechange ou des pièces de rechange seront aux frais de Buyer.s.

Le fabricant ne justifie pas contre des dommages ou des défauts provenant de l'utilisation inexacte ou anormale de la manutention des produits; contre des défauts ou des dommages résultant de l'installation inexacte (où l'installation est par des personnes autres que le fabricant), contre des défauts dans les produits ou les composants non construits par Manufacturer, ou contre le resultingfrom de dommages un tel non-Fabricant a fait des produits ou des composants. Le fabricant transmet à l'acheteur la garantie qu'il a reçue (si quel) du fabricant en d'un tel non-Fabricant fait des produits ou des composants. 5. Engagement Entier.
